A proposed pre-paid card system would be shortly introduced among private bus passengers in lieu of bus tickets, Lanka Private Bus Owners’ Association President, Gemunu Wijeratne said.

Addressing a media briefing in Colombo yesterday, he said that passengers could pay the bus fare with the pre-paid card, which was re-loadable.
